How we handle your details

This portal is run for the Oyo State International Trade Fair (EXPOYO 2026) by its organisers. This notice explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

The details you type into the visitor, exhibitor and sponsor forms: your name, phone number, email address, optional WhatsApp number, where you are based, and your answers about the fair. For exhibitors and sponsors we also keep business details, your invoice and any proof of payment you upload.

Why we collect it

To register you, issue your pass or invoice, confirm payments, run the fair, and contact you about the fair. That includes raffle draws, special offers and updates. We use the email address, and the WhatsApp number if you give one, for this.

Who sees it

Only the organisers and the people they authorise to run the fair, including their technical partner. We do not sell your details.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to run the fair and its follow-up, and to meet record-keeping duties.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or to stop receiving messages, by writing to info@oyotradefair.com.
